Below are links to the bylaws that govern the internal management of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Originally authored by CSCMP’s founders and can only be amended by the current CSCMP’s Board of Directors. Our bylaws provide an in-depth look at topics including the election of our directors, roles of company officers, and how a Board of Directors meeting will be conducted.
