Annual Conference Registration Policies

CSCMP assesses a $50.00 US processing fee for any:

• conference or membership payment that fails to clear the CSCMP bank
• request to change the form of payment, such as from credit card to check

Cancellation Policy
Conference enrollment may be cancelled through September 15, 2008, subject to a $200.00 US processing fee. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations received after September 15, 2008. All no-shows are charged the full amount. All cancellations must be received in writing--mail, fax or e-mail is acceptable. Phone cancellations are not allowed. CSCMP membership dues are never refunded.

Transfer Policy
If, after registering, you discover that you cannot attend the conference and must send someone in your place, you must inform CSCMP in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. Phone transfers are not allowed. A transfer fee of $100.00 US will be billed to your credit card. If the person substituting for you is not already a member of CSCMP, you must include a completed conference registration form, plus $295.00 US to cover that person's membership dues. CSCMP memberships are nontransferable and never refunded.
