If you wish to take part in this year's conference at the regular rate, your registration form and payment must arrive at CSCMP's offices on or before 5:00 pm CDT on September 15, 2008. If you plan to register on site at the conference, full payment must accompany your registration. You must be "fully paid" in order to be "fully registered."
Conference rates cover all program events—including meal functions—and conference materials. They do not include hotel accommodations. New member rates include $295.00 US, which is automatically applied to cover the 12 months of CSCMP membership. Membership belongs to an individual, not to his/her organization, and is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
