Lane Konkel, Vice President of Operations of Shinola, will take you behind the scenes on an intimate tour of the 12,000-square-foot watch factory, where skilled artisans hand-assemble watches and leather straps with unrivaled attention to detail. Guests will walk the factory floor and gain insight into the operational systems that drive quality, consistency, and scalability.
